Do I have to sign a contract? Contracts are not required.
Can I pay my bill on-line? Yes, simply use the PayPal button on our "Schedule" page to pay with Visa, Mastercard or American Express. It is safe and secure.
Are there items you will not take? We believe that your trash is our responsibility, however, due to the hazardous nature of some select items we cannot take them. Please see our hazardous materials disclaimer at the bottom of this page.
Can I pay for a year in advance? Yes. When you pay for one year in advance you will receive one free month of trash service.
What time is my trash picked up? We ask everyone to have their carts curbside by 7am.
What if my pickup day is on a holiday? PAK-R Disposal takes very few holidays off. When we do, our routes run one day behind.
Can I place my account on hold if I'm out of town? We will place accounts on hold for those customers who are away for at least one month.
Do I have to buy a trash cart? No. Trash service includes the use of a 96 gallon rollout cart provided by PAK-R.
Can I use my own cart? Yes. However, PAK-R does not accept responsibility for any damage to the cart that may occur.
Will you take garbage that will not fit int he cart? Yes, as long as these items are bagged and not yard debris, construction debris or hazardous waste.
